Terms of service
The terms for using TryCarbon AI chat and purchasing one-time credits.
Last updated: 2026-10-29
Service and model access
TryCarbon AI provides access to the model identified in the chat interface. The first release uses Gemini 4 Argon. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with Google. Carbon is not currently available here, and no public launch date or priority access is promised.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your login details private and use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to bypass account controls, abuse the API, access other people's conversations or use the service for prohibited harmful activity. We may restrict access to investigate abuse or protect the service.
Credits and payment
Credit packages are one-time purchases. They do not automatically renew and do not expire. Registration provides no free inference allowance. Package prices, currency and credits are displayed before purchase. The server determines the applicable currency and the checkout shows the amount to pay.
Chat usage is billed in credits based on provider-reported tokens, including billable thinking. We reserve credits before generation and return unused credits after settlement. Charges round up in the steps described in the usage guide. Interrupting a response does not necessarily make it free. Missing usage remains pending for review.
Purchases support the currently available Argon chat and do not guarantee future Carbon access. Rates for future requests may change; existing usage receipts keep their recorded rate. No fixed number of messages is promised per package.
Refund requests
Contact support with the payment reference if a charge appears wrong or a service issue prevented use. We review unused-credit refund requests and billing errors individually, subject to applicable consumer rights. Consumed generation credits are generally not refundable simply because an answer was unsatisfactory. This policy does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
Your content and AI answers
You retain rights to your inputs. You authorize us and the model provider to process them to deliver the service. You are responsible for having the rights needed to submit content. AI answers can be incomplete or inaccurate; verify important results and do not treat them as professional advice.
Availability and support
Network failures, provider limits and maintenance may interrupt service. Saved history helps recovery, but you should export work you need to retain independently. Use Contact for account, billing and data requests.
