How TryCarbon AI handles account details, conversations and usage records.
Last updated: 2026-10-29
What we store
TryCarbon AI stores account details, authentication records, conversation text, token usage, credit transactions and payment references needed to operate the service. Conversations are tied to your account and are not published as public pages.
How providers receive data
When you send a message, the relevant conversation text is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate a response. Cloudflare hosts our application and database. Stripe processes payments; we do not store full card details. Authentication email providers process the address and email content needed for verification and account recovery.
Do not include confidential information that is unnecessary for your request. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, and you should check them before using them.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep you signed in and maintain preferences. Google Analytics starts by default when you visit, to help us understand page visits and product interactions. Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled. We do not send conversation text, passwords or payment credentials as analytics event parameters. You can block analytics using browser controls.
Retention and your choices
Conversation history remains available in your account unless archived or removed through a data request. Archiving removes a conversation from the active list; it is not permanent deletion. Payment and security records may need to be retained for operational or legal purposes.
Use Contact to request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. This policy was updated on October 29, 2026.
